Monsieur: My name is Monsieur Ross Sewage and my band is Impaled.
Benji: Tell me what your favorite song is on the new record and why?
Monsieur: Gutless, because I wrote the whole thing and I am God Supreme of this band.

Benji: How hard was it for you to make it where you are now?
Monsieur: (Laughs) It was not very hard, I just had to walk from the stage to here.

Benji: Huh, Huh, in your career.
Monsieur: In my career! Well, Im still waiting for the whole career option to happen where I can actually stop my normal job of watching porn and play metal all day. Although Im not sure what Im thinking cause watching porn sure beats getting sweaty for a bunch of fifteen year old moshing kids.

Benji: What would you like to see change in the music industry today, as compared to ten years ago?
Monsieur: I would like to see the continuing death of all record labels, and everyone going to MP3, and an emphasis put more on the live performance of bands actually being able to carry things out on stage instead of tricking things out in Pro-Toolsand a lot more zombies in songs.

Benji: What would your ideal line-up be?
Monsieur: Um, the Monkees.

Benji: No, for a show.
Monsieur: It would be us headlining, then Ludacris supporting, and then Ghoul opening and then my acoustic solo project as a warm-up.

Benji: Whats some of the things you hate about being on tour?
Monsieur: The other people in my band. Definitely hate them, hate them a lot, I kinda hate them when were not on tour too.

Benji: And that is for the record?
Monsieur: That is for the record, those guys are dildos!

Benji: Who named the band and why.
Monsieur: Shawn, I believe, named the band because it was the least worst name on a binder paper list of band names that he created.

Benji: Whats up next for Impaled?
Monsieur: More obscurity, more getting drunk, more cursing our lives and mothers for giving birth to us.

Benji: Any advice to new bands trying to do something in the music biz today? What would you have wished someone would have told you when you were starting out in the scene?
Monsieur: I would have wished someone would have told me to pursue a career in accounting. My main advice would be to do everything opposite of what weve done. Definitely dont piss off your labels, kiss a lot of ass and be a big wussie, because we never did any of those things.

Benji: Tell me the feeling you have deep inside your soul when youre on a stage performing in front of your fans?
Monsieur: I am so fucking embarrassed!
